The continuous production processing of butterine (butter) includes four phases that the adjusting and blending, chill & knead, packing, and cure of the raw and accessorial materials. Specific processes: after the measurement, the raw oils will be pumped into concoctive pot following a certain percentage, and the aforehand dissolving accessorial materials should be added in the concoctive pot. After pre-cooling in the blending pot, the mixed oils will be pumped into part A(scrape heat-exchange machine) by the high-pressure screw pump(rotating piston pump), at the same time, certain nitrogens should be infused in part A, then liquid ammonia should be used chill & crystallization. Then the mixed oils will be crystallized continuously and blending (When the part B braked part A, the butterine is formed. It is a reticular structure which makes the micro lipid crystal pullulated and changed style for increasing the range of thickness). After the process of chill & knead, the finished products will be continuous packing, and the wrapped finished products need some times to maturation before marketing.
